Digital Navigators of the
Hudson Valley provide FREE technology
assistance to residents of the region.

Navigators can help people learn how to use a device and can connect people to low-cost internet
service. They can also assist with a variety
of key tasks, including:
- Dealing with daily life tasks such as online grocery shopping or paying bills
- Making a resume and filling out online job applications
- Finding resources for housing and submit online application
- Making video calls to family and friends
- Managing healthcare, including: telehealth visits, patient portals, and other information
- Locating food resources
- Connecting with public information like local government meetings
- Applying for services and benefits such as SNAP, Medicaid, and more
- Accessing educational services, such as remote learning opportunities or connecting to a child’s school portal
The
program is administered by Southeastern New York Library Resources
Council, Mid-Hudson Library System, Ramapo-Catskill Library System, and
Westchester Library System.

DigitalLearn.org features English and Spanish audio-visual presentations on over a dozen basic skills topics.
Digital Skills Library by WorldEd is an open repository of free learning
resources for adult learners to develop digital skills in 10 areas of skills.
LearnDigitalSkills offers a broad range of topics to learn to use your phone, computer or tablet, improve the skills you already have, connect with others and stay safer online. Includes videos, online courses, guides, tip sheets and self-paced activities. Includes resources to learn about Artificial Intelligence (AI).
TechLifeUnity is a free educational website that teaches older adults and other inexperienced Internet users with basic computer skills about websites that can help improve their quality of life.
